We have a wide range of experience of carrying out asbestos surveys to all types of buildings such as, complex large scale industrial units, commercial buildings, listed buildings and general domestic buildings.

Survey Types

Asbestos management survey - Locate the presence and quantify any suspect asbestos containing materials (ACM) in the building and produce material, priority risk assessments & will contain the asbestos surveyors comments on the next course of action to help manage the asbestos materials within the building. This survey is also the legally required minimum to any non-domestic building & communal area built before the year 2000. This is defined within the current control of asbestos regulations 2012.

Refurbishment asbestos survey - Prior to any refurbishment works being carried out a refurbishment & demolition asbestos survey must be carried out. The survey will locate and record any asbestos materials identified as far as reasonably practical
