All our surveying works are undertaken in accordance with the current HSE guidance & control of asbestos regulations 2012 as described within the current HSE Guidance book (The survey guide) & Control of asbestos regulations 2012.

Where is Asbestos found?
In properties built before 2000, asbestos can commonly be found in:
• Textured coatings (Artex)
• Floor tiles and textiles
• Sprayed coatings on walls/beams
• Insulating boards (AIB) & lagging
Survey Types
We provide the three primary classifications of asbestos surveys to ensure total legal compliance for your specific property needs.
Asbestos Management Survey
Locate the presence and quantify any suspect asbestos containing materials (ACM) in the building and produce material, priority risk assessments & will contain the asbestos surveyors comments on the next course of action to help manage the asbestos materials within the building.
Refurbishment Asbestos Survey
Prior to any refurbishment works being carried out a refurbishment & demolition asbestos survey must be carried out. The survey will locate and record any asbestos materials identified as far as reasonably practical.
Demolition Asbestos Survey
Prior to any demolition works being carried out a refurbishment & demolition asbestos survey survey must be carried out. The survey will locate and record any asbestos materials identified as far as reasonably practical.
